The Three Year Nursing Training Programme (NVQ Level 6)

The Higher National Diploma (HND) in Nursing programme at Olivia Hospital is a three-year NVQ Level 6 course designed to prepare students to become fully qualified professional nurses.

Selection Criteria

  • Height – Minimum 4’10 healthy unmarried indviduals

  • Age – 18-25 years.(Few male candidates will be accommodated)

  • Passed the G.C.E Ordinary Level Examination including Sinhala/Tamil, Science, Mathematics, English Language

  • Possess a minimum of three passes in G.C.E Advanced Level examination in any stream

  • Possess a minimum of one or two passes in G.C.E Advanced level examination in the science stream
